The Meridian Youth Award welcomes artists ages 14–18 worldwide. Applicants under 18 must have their application submitted by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Artists aged 18 may apply independently. The person submitting the application is responsible for authorizing the application fee and receiving all official communications.
